Close to the beech, centrally located, close to supermarket. Breakfast buffet was ampel und breakfast area was also very comfortable.
Ground floor room next to main road. Very noisy.walls appear to be very thin. Bathroom a bit small. Internet connection was very weak. Had to sit next to door on floor to maintain a connection although room was next to the reception area.

Breakfast was great! We really didn't really spend much time at the hotel, but it was a good fit for low-maintenance travelers. Employees were able to communicate in several languages (Italian, English, and German were the main ones I noticed), at least well enough to get by.
The beds weren't the most comfortable, our toilet stopped working for a short while, and the bathroom light was motion-scensored, so while showering, we had to move around to get the light to come back on.

The venue met expectations and I can't recommend it highly enough. the property is charming and small. the staff is consistently courteous. the location is perfect, right next to the pedestrian lake path leading into Bardolino or to the beaches. the continental breakfast offers a variety of food options.

The hotel offers great value and is located in a wonderful area close to supermarkets, restaurants, Lake Garda, and the waterfront. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are spotless, cool, and have a lakeside view, with a balcony for example.

We got the keys to the room where a long time obviously did not work air conditioning. Archaic aircondition only sniffing and breathed the same air of the room. Unfortunately we found out to late in the evening when no one was at the reception. Night in room with the temperature for 30 C price of 120 Euro was not really a pleasant experience. When we claimed for this failure in the morning and demanded a discount from the price, we failed. I do not have a good experience with this hotel.

Air con broken, promptly attempted fix and moved our room when unable. Still warm, though. Room small, but clean. Staff all extremely friendly. Breakfast was huge and varied. 10 minute walk along pleasant and safe promenade to town center. Beautiful!! Ample and free parking. Great hotel for the price in a desireable resort location. Definitely would stay here again.
